Welcome to New Baby. By downloading, installing, or using the New Baby mobile application ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
1. Using New Baby
New Baby is a voice-led baby tracker designed to help parents and caregivers log activities such as feeds, sleep, diapers, and milestones. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
2. Your account
Some features may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Your content
You retain full ownership of the data you record in New Baby — feeds, notes, voice entries, photos, and anything else you add. We only use your content to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use
- Don't misuse the App, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or interfere with its operation.
- Don't use the App to record or track people without their consent.
- Don't upload content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes on others' rights.
5. Not medical advice
New Baby is a tracking tool, not a medical device. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for decisions regarding your child's health.
6. Subscriptions and payments
Certain features may be offered via subscription. Prices, billing cycles, and cancellation terms are shown in-app at the point of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
7. Changes to the service
We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We will give reasonable notice for significant changes that affect paying users.
8. Termination
You may stop using New Baby at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
9. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, New Baby and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
